Return and Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases of artwork, prints, and related products made through nikiforukart.com or by direct arrangement with Nikiforuk Art / Marcin Nikiforuk ("we," "us," or "our"). By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Terms of Return

Returns must be requested within 7 days of the delivery date, as confirmed by the shipping carrier. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

2. State of Return

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

In their original condition
Unused, uninstalled, and unaltered
In the original packaging or equivalent protective packaging

Any item returned in a condition that suggests use, damage, or improper handling may be refused or subject to a partial refund.

3. Reasons for Return

Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:

The artwork or product arrived damaged during shipping
The wrong item was delivered
There is a material defect not disclosed prior to purchase

We do not accept returns for:

Change of mind
Aesthetic preference
Minor variations in color, texture, or finish, which are inherent to original and handmade works

7. Framing & Presentation Adjustments

Most artworks from Nikiforuk Art are delivered fully framed, as the frame is considered part of the final presentation of the work.

If, after delivery, a buyer prefers a different frame tone, finish, or color to better suit their interior or design context, they may contact the artist to discuss available options.

Subject to approval:

The artwork may be returned for reframing or frame modification
Additional costs for custom framing, materials, and labor will apply
The buyer is responsible for all shipping, insurance, and handling costs for both the return and reshipment

The artwork itself must be returned in its original, undamaged condition to be eligible for reframing services.

8. Custom & Commissioned Works

All custom, commissioned, or made-to-order works are final sale and non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or materially defective.
